The French are on strike. The national productivity is down almost an entire percentage (who can tell the difference between the French working and not?)
What a phenomenal idea to deal with the financial crisis - contribute to it!
In the words of a French commuter interviewed by AP:
"I'm not against the fact that people demonstrate to defend their interest and their benefits as they say, but is this really the best time to do it considering what is going on right now with the economic crisis?"
